When initially calling on a Wednesday, I spoke with a gentleman named Juan Regarding closed/charged off accounts on my credit report. He was very professional, and walked me through the steps of emailing him my credit report for Equifax, TransUnion and Experian. He then explained that I would be assigned an agent by the name of Elizabeth and I would be contacted by her within 24 to 48 hours.

Sure enough within 48 hours on a Friday I was contacted by Elizabeth. Not only was Elizabeth professional, polite, and knowledgeable in this area she was also able to explain to me that I was in a very fortunate position Due to the amount of years these closed/charged off accounts have a accumulated (7 years). she explained to me that the accounts in-question will be permanently removed from my credit report On there own no later than the end of May this year.

I checked my CreditKarma account today and sure enough one of the three 3 total accounts was removed on its own Due to the 7 year mark. The next two would be by the end of April and May This year.

She advised me to get my annual credit report from all three bureaus in order to properly document it just in case they are not removed by the end of May this year. She had explained if my credit is not fixed on its own by July 2024 to contact her back To file a dispute.

The simple fact that this company was able to help me understand my credit, walk me through simple steps, and not charge me for it speaks volumes. Its rare to find an Honest company. So if you're reading this please know that you are in good hands.

Ali is the best! He really takes his time explaining to you how you can fix your credit. A family member recommended him to me and he didn't disappoint. Building/fixing your credit can be so stressful but Ali puts things in plain words and helps you take the right steps to achieve that. I would highly recommend him!!!!
